Processing Time
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days unless noted otherwise (custom or pre-order items may take longer).
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are included in product prices unless otherwise specified. You’ll see “Shipping Included” or “Free Shipping” on eligible items.
Carriers
Orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on package weight and destination. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact hello@handspunwhimsy.com within 7 days. We’ll help file a claim and offer a replacement or store credit where possible.
