Processing Time
Orders are carefully prepared and typically shipped within 3–5 business days. Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or the time your package spends in transit.
Shipping
A flat shipping rate of $14.95 is charged on all orders requiring shipment. Orders are shipped within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS, depending on the size and destination. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days after your order has shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available in Prescott, Arizona. Simply select Local Pickup during checkout. You'll receive an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at: handspunwhimsy@gmail.com. I'll gladly work with you to find the best solution.
